I hope everyone got to hit the courts today to celebrate world pickleball day! Some may say I was destined to find pickleball with my birthday falling on this day. Thanks for my family, friends and the APP tour for making my day special.
Best gift I could get myself was a rest day from singles 😄 (and to rest my knee as it did it respond well to a day of travel yesterday). Had a great drill session with up and coming talent, Wil Schafer. Keep your eyes on him. Always love grabbing a youngster and see what they are working on (and what I can learn from them) to keep me young.
Excited to get started playing tomorrow with Jack Munro in mixed doubles starting 9am at the APP Dallas Open at the Oasis pickleball club. Streaming should start at 11am so check out APPtv on YouTube.
